Manchester United are 10,000/1 to be relegated this season but opposition fans will be splashing out of cheeky bets if they can’t beat Fulham at Old Trafford.
The defending Premier League have been more like candidates for a place in the bottom three since the turn of the year and have struggled despite the return to fitness of Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie, losing at Stoke last weekend.
That rot surely has to stop against a Fulham side which is bottom of the table and lacking any shred of confidence after being knocked out of the FA Cup by League One Sheffield United in midweek.
They have new recruits to replace some of the deadwood in the side but United should beat them comfortably to put an end to the jibes sweeping twitter about this being a relegation six-pointer and lengthen those 10,000/1 relegation odds posted by Ladbrokes.
