Sore muscles after workout?

Hey everyone! I know I haven’t posted anything in about a month but I’ve been away and crazy busy. I did discover something recently that I would like to share with everyone. What’s the single most obvious way to tell if you had a good workout? Your muscles are sore afterwards! This is an unavoidable and uncomfortable situation after a good workout. So why do your muscles get so sore following a workout and even more sore the next day? If you’ve been around the fitness works for a while the first thing you thought of when you read that question was lactic acid wasn’t it? Try not to get your feelings hurt here but I’m here to tell you your wrong. It’s ok we are all wrong sometimes.
